Ms. Ovard has over 20 years of experience as a chairside assistant in several dental specialties and teaching dental assistants. Ms. Ovard currently works as an adjunct faculty member at Moreno Valley College in Moreno Valley, California, where she is head of the dental assisting radiology department and also teaches orthodontic assisting and office management. Ms. Ovard is the author of several published articles and has also served as a committee member for the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc. (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) exam. Ms. Schneider has worked as a chairside assistant and office manager for Dr. Mark W. Nelson since 1982. She has been a longtime member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA), and has served as ADAA Seventh District trustee, secretary/treasurer, secretary, vice president and president.
